GenFKD spoke with delfin bautista at “Activate OU: Empowering Women Through Business,” an activity fair organized by GenFKD as part of the Oppression to Opportunity campaign (Op2Op).
As the director of the University of Ohio’s LGBT Center, bautista is all too familiar with the discrimination facing the LGBT community and was able to provide unique insight into the role of constrictive gender identity norms in the marginalization of the LGBT community.
